||During the Stated Communication held on September 19th, Howard Lodge No. 101 conducted an examination of the Entered Apprentice Degree for 3 worthy Masons. Congratulations to Brothers James F. McDonald, III, Cullen J. Lupo and Zachary E. Musiol on their successful completion of the catechism. All were then passed to the Degree of Fellowcraft by the Officers of the Lodge as witnessed by those in attendance. They will once again retire to our classroom to begin learning about the second degree of Freemasonry in preparation for their next examination.
Additionally, Worshipful Master John D. Everhart, Jr. presented Maryland Masonic Academy "Fellow of the Craft" diplomas to Brothers Kevin S. Spencer and Matt R. Spencer and recognized Past Master Kenneth R. Taylor, Senior Warden Terry G. Brownley, and Junior Deacon Mark A. Hollis for receiving summer school perfect attendance certificates from the Grand Lodge of Maryland. Congratulations to all; through your hard work and dedication the future of our beloved Fraternity remains secure and your actions are to be commended.
Upon closing of the meeting, refreshment was provided downstairs in the dining hall in recognition of continued fellowship within Howard Lodge No. 101.
